Who should attend
This event is targeted at the Staff Governors on College Governing Bodies. That's not because StaffGovernors are especially different. Staff Governors need to know the operating framework of college governance like all the other Members of the Board.
Benefits of attending
There can be circumstances which arise for Staff Governors simply because they are members of college staff. This event will:- Provide a general introduction to college governance for Staff Governors
- By using case studies, the event will enable consideration of some issues and difficulties that can arise for the Staff Governor Members of the Board.
