This session is for staff governors on college governing boards – those that are new to the role and also those in need of a refresher or information on their role.  Staff governors need to know the operating framework of college governance like all the other members of the board but there can be circumstances which arise for staff governors simply because they are members of college staff. This induction will provide background knowledge and vital information required in the role of staff governor.
